SERVICE FLOW

Due to product faulty, logistic problem, or any reason caused by Huawei, customer can get exchange service by below 2 solutions. Also customer can go to Huawei ASC or CP for warranty service.

1. Online exchange service from Vmall (Recommended)

Step 1: Call hotline 1800-223366, or send an email to vmall.my@mail01.huawei.com for service.

Step 2: Customer service would initiate an exchange application. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI, fault description and filled in an exchange form.

Step 3: Vmall would collect defect unit from customer. Customer who return defect unit to vmall warehouse by themselves would get a vmall voucher valued RM15 for reimbursement.

Step 4: Vmall warehouse engineer will do inspection on the defect unit.

Step 5: After inspection passed, customer can received the exchange unit in 5 working days (count from the date warehouse receive returned unit).

2. Visit Huawei ASC for exchange service

Step 1: Customer visit ASC for exchange service.

Step 2: ASC inspect on the defect unit.

Step 3: After inspection passed, usually you can collect the replacement unit from ASC in 7days (depends on inventory availability).

Remarks:
 
1. Defect in Exchangeable period.

(1) Models except Honor series(Honor 6,Honor Tablet,Honor 3C,Honor 3C Lite,Honor 4X) can be exchanged within 15 days from receipt date.

(2) Honor series(Honor 6,Honor Tablet,Honor 3C,Honor 3C Lite,Honor 4X) can be exchanged within 6 months from receipt date.

2. Defect beyond exchangeable period and within 1 year from the receipt date.

All models can get repair service if product defect occur beyond exchangeable period within warranty period.
